Our Story
Flourish Snacks Bites is a small snack business in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, making Nigerian snacks the way we grew up eating them.
What we do
We make Nigerian snacks to order for people in Regina: chin chin in Classic, Spicy and Coconut, puff puff, meat pies, fish rolls, sausage rolls, doughnuts, samosas, spring rolls, small chops platters, and party drinks such as zobo and fruit punch.
Orders range from a single pouch of chin chin to trays for birthdays, weddings, church and community events and office gatherings. Every order is confirmed personally on WhatsApp, then made fresh for pickup or local delivery.
Chin chin is where it all started, and it is still the snack we are best known for — fried in small batches and sealed the same day so it stays crunchy.

We fry and bake in small batches so every piece is even, golden and fresh. Your order is prepared for your date, not pulled from a shelf.
Made by hand
Dough is mixed, rolled and cut by hand, and every batch is tasted before it is packed.

Our snacks follow the way they are made and shared in Nigeria — at parties, in church halls and around family tables — brought to Regina.

Bukola, founder
My name is Bukola, and I am the founder of Flourish Snacks Bites, a Regina-based snack business inspired by my love for delicious, homemade treats and the rich food traditions of Nigeria.
My journey with baking and snack-making began with a passion for creating tasty treats that bring people together. Over time, I developed my skills through practice, learning, experimenting with recipes, and paying close attention to the ingredients and techniques that make every bite special.
Of all the snacks I make, Chin Chin holds a special place in my heart. It is more than just a crunchy snack—it reminds me of home, family, celebrations, and the joy of sharing food with others. That is why Chin Chin is a snack I never get tired of making.
