Terms & Conditions

Orders are placed via WhatsApp, Instagram or our website order form and are confirmed once we reply with availability, pricing and payment details. Because our snacks are made fresh in small batches, large or custom orders may require a few days' notice.

We accept the payment methods communicated at the time of ordering (such as bank transfer or mobile payment). An order is only prepared once payment is confirmed, unless otherwise agreed.

Pickup and local delivery options are arranged per order. Delivery fees and timing are confirmed on WhatsApp before your order is prepared. Please ensure the delivery address you provide is accurate — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied to us.

Our snacks are made in a home kitchen that handles wheat (gluten), dairy, eggs, coconut and other common allergens. If you have a food allergy, please let us know before ordering so we can advise you.

Because every batch is made fresh to order, cancellations must be made before preparation begins. If something isn't right with your order, message us and we'll make it right.
